报告题目工业工程应用案例与研究趋势

报告摘要首先回顾工业工程、质量和可靠性工程的基本要素和核心理论基础。随后分享广泛意义上工业工程在美国     行业界的应用,包括工业工程在波音公司787可制造性评估中的应用,在卡特彼勒新产品开发(NPD)中     的可靠性管理应用。理论方面,将探讨数据分析方法对工程系统残余寿命预测研究,和基于模糊集理论的     连续状态可靠性研究,以及等效性加速生命测试计划(美国NSF资助项目)。最后将结合大数据时代的背     景探讨工业工程未来的一些最新研究趋势。

报告人简介:Zhaojun “Steven” Li is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering and      Engineering Management, Western New England University in Springfield, MA. Dr. Li’s research interests focus on Reliability, Quality, and Safety Engineering in Product Design, Systems Engineering and Its Applications in New Product Development, Diagnostics and Prognostics of Complex Engineered Systems, and Engineering Management. He earned his doctorate in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington in 2011. He is an ASQ certified Reliability Engineer, and Caterpillar Six Sigma Black Belt. Dr. Li has publications in many journals including IIE transactions, IEEE T-Rel, reliability engineering and system safety, and quality engineering. He serves as Associate Editors for international journals of International journal of Performability engineering and IEEE Transactions on Reliability. His most recent industry position was a reliability team lead with Caterpillar Rail Division to support the company’s Tier 4 Locomotive New Four Stroke Engine and Gas-Diesel Dual Fuel Engine Development.
